The FileCap Office 365 add-in can be installed in Microsoft 365 or on an on-premises Microsoft Exchange server version 2016 or higher.

The following components are required to use the FileCap Office 365 add-in:

• If an on-premises Microsoft Exchange server is used, it must support Microsoft OWA API-version 1.3 or higher.
• The user must use a recent browser.
