Dashboard

The FileCap dashboard is the screen the customer sees when logging in to the FileCap administration portal, and shows the following information:

User statistics
This shows the 3 users with the most transfers in the recent period.
Graph with the number of active users.
Graph with the number of conversations.
Graph with the number of invites.
Graph with the number of uploads.
Graph with the number of downloads.
If a disk space limit has been set, a graph with free disk space is also shown.

When logged in on an STD-server or as an MSP admin, additional information about the FileCap server status is visible:

In the top right corner, the following user menu can be found:

The following actions are possible here:

Change Password#

When you click this, you will see the following screen:


Username	The currently logged-in user is displayed here. The password of this user will be changed.
Current password	Enter the current password here.
New password	Enter the new password here.
Confirm new password	Confirm the new password by entering it again.

Two-factor authentication#

With this option, it is possible to activate two-factor authentication for extra security of the administrator account. When you click this button, you will see the following screen:

Note: This page is only available to MSP admins.

This screen shows a list of all FileCap portals that are active on this FileCap server.

The following items are shown on this page:

Portal name
URL
License type
There are multiple license types possible:
1. MSP-SUB
  This is a paid FileCap license.
2. SUB-Trial
  This is a 30-day trial license; portals with this license will have a yellow background color in this overview. These licenses can be converted into a paid FileCap license (MSP-SUB) at any time.

Note: This page is only visible to MSP admins.

With this feature, a notification can be sent when FileCap portals approach their disk quota.


Disk quota notification	This enables disk quota notifications.
Disk quota notification threshold	When the disk quota of a FileCap portal exceeds this percentage, a notification will be sent.
Disk quota notification e-mail address	Specify the email address to which the notification should be sent.
Prevent uploads when disk quota has been reached	If the quota for a FileCap portal has been reached and this option is enabled, it is no longer possible to send new files.

For this feature to work correctly, the mail server settings must be functioning correctly.
